Dumbbell Workout Tips for Shoulders
Are you looking to get more out of your dumbbells? I’ll offer some good workout tips to put those Dbs to use. Today, we take a look at the shoulders.

Stand straight up with your feet shoulder width apart.
Hold the dumbbells at shoulder height with palms facing toward you.
Keep your elbows tucked in in front of you.
