Stop Smoking Pot Tips

I know a few people who smoke marijuana. Probably half of them have said to me at one time or another that they wished they could kick it. Maybe a third of that group has said that when they tried to stop smoking pot, the withdrawals were terrible.
It was after a conversation with one of those friends, one who was having a particularly bad time of it that I sat down with them and started looking up some solutions.
Most sites and physicians claim that you can do it cold turkey, but for my friend, it was just too hard. His main complaint was “they have lots of stop-smoking stuff for tobacco smokers, why don’t they have something for pot smokers?”

Boost Your Self Confidence by Exercising

Working out in a gym or sometimes even in the privacy of your home exercise room can be intimidating. Here are top five tips for people to boost their self confidence about exercising.

1. Be consistent
If you exercise 4 5 times per week, that is a great step in the right direction. Consistency will win out every time over getting a workout in twice a month, but not doing much else. Set up a workout program by researching and goal settings yourself. Be consistent in the way you perform exercises also and ask a qualified fitness person if you’re not sure of the proper form. If you can follow through with consistent exercising, you’ve taken a huge step in the right direction.
