Best Bodybuilding Food Items for Better Muscles

Some food items are really helpful for growing muscles. So today we discuss about best bodybuilding food items.

01. Egg Whites
I believe many successful bodybuilders in the world, they add egg whites into their diet. Actually Egg whites are unquestionably one of the purest forms of protein in the world. So egg whites are so important to bodybuilders. But remember; don’t eat so much yellow part of eggs. It harms for human body (cholesterol). So be carefully. Egg whites also contain very few carbohydrates and are a source of vitamins and minerals.

02. Chicken
To pack on pounds of muscle, lean meats such as chicken breasts would be a staple in every bodybuilder's diet. Aside from providing an excellent source of quality protein, they are also low in saturated and trans fats.
Because of the low fat count, chicken can be incorporated into multiple meals throughout the day for an excellent source of protein

03. Fish
Of course, you want to stay away from saturated and trans fats, but your body still needs fatty acids such as omega-3 to support the muscle building process. So fish will support for that process.
I highly recommend cold water fish such as tuna, trout and sardines are an excellent source of protein and healthy fats.

04. Beans

If you are serious about building your muscle, you can not ignore the power of beans. When people typically think of bodybuilding foods, they quickly refer to various lean meats, but what they don't realize is that the bean is highly nutritious source of protein and fiber.
Kidney beans in particular are most popular choice as they provide nearly 15 grams of both protein and fiber per cup. That's why you should never ignore the power of the bean!

Lean ground beef is excellent mass building food sources rich in protein, iron and B vitamins. Red meats have a high calorie per serving ratio, making it an excellent choice for hard muscle gainers looking to pack on some serious size.
