Stop Smoking Pot Tips

I know a few people who smoke marijuana. Probably half of them have said to me at one time or another that they wished they could kick it. Maybe a third of that group has said that when they tried to stop smoking pot, the withdrawals were terrible.
It was after a conversation with one of those friends, one who was having a particularly bad time of it that I sat down with them and started looking up some solutions.
Most sites and physicians claim that you can do it cold turkey, but for my friend, it was just too hard. His main complaint was “they have lots of stop-smoking stuff for tobacco smokers, why don’t they have something for pot smokers?”

Ever since we were little kids, we have inadvertently trained our minds to filter out the metallic taste of everyday metal flatware from our food. And guess what? That inborn mental "filtering" process takes a LOT of other GOOD surrounding food tastes along with the bad metallic taste of our metal flatware.
